Digital delivery policy
LEMMA 001 is digitally delivered software. Nothing is shipped and there are no physical goods. This page explains exactly how you receive what you bought.
01What you receive
- A license key for LEMMA 001, Founder's Edition.
- Access to download the installer for your platform.
- A confirmation page you can return to using the link from your email.
02When delivery happens
Delivery begins as soon as the payment provider confirms your payment to our server. In normal conditions this is immediate — you are returned to a confirmation page showing your license key and download.
Some payment methods settle more slowly. If your payment is still being confirmed, the confirmation page says so and updates once the provider reports the result. We never mark an order paid on the strength of a browser redirect alone.
03How it is delivered
Downloads are tied to your order. They are not published at a permanent public address: each download request is checked against a paid order before the file is served.
Your license key and a link back to your confirmation page are also sent to the email address you gave at checkout, so keep that email.
04Platforms
Supported platforms are listed on the system requirements page. We only offer a download for a platform once a real build for it exists — a platform that is not listed there is not available.
05If nothing arrives
- Check the spam or promotions folder for the confirmation email.
- Return to the confirmation link from that email — it reopens your order.
- Still nothing? Email support@summonsound.com from the address you used at checkout, with the approximate time of purchase.
We will reissue your license and download access. If we cannot deliver what you bought, the refund policy applies.
06No physical goods
SummonSound does not ship physical products. There are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses and no couriers involved in any purchase made on this site.
